t really is shocking that people, supposed Americans, think they can use their interpretation of a Bible verse to influence law and take away a persons right to marry someone they love

I LOVE THIS! Banning anyone from marrying the one they love is cruel, not to mention how many ignorant people waste their time and breath bashing it. Last time I checked, this was a FREE country, and people should have the freedom to marry whoever they damn well please. Equality for all!!!

No problem with gay marriage. I think it's just adorable.

who ever wrote this all I want to know is why do u care so much? do people being gay really effect your life that much like come you need to grow up. and by gay people getting married you really think that straight people getting married would be less meaningful. gods not real sorry to tell you that but if he was real why dose he talk shit on the devil, but its weird that the devil dose not talk shit on him.cause I have yet to find a book by the satan that talks shit on god who is the better man? I grew up with no dad and I am fine the way I am. so stop worring other people and worry about your self.
p.s. what about adaption I am pretty sure that kids would want a famliy and that could mean two dads or moms that make them happy and care about them.
so if u think that's wrong their is something wrong with you.

10 Reasons to Approve Gay Marriage.
1.Being gay is perfectly natural. Intelligent people understand that all natural things (like hemlock and death cap mushrooms) are utterly harmless.
2.Gay marriage will not encourage people to engage in homosexual practices because people are never ever influenced by the behavior of others.
3.Legalizing gay marriage will not open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior because crazy behavior would no longer exist given that the precedent for any behavior to be granted legitimacy would have been already set.
4.Gay relationships have been around for a long time but they have been unable to function properly because to do so a relationship necessarily requires the endorsement of society.
5.Straight marriage will be more meaningful if gay marriage is allowed because when a man or woman talks about their wife or husband, people will know that the marriage does indeed conform to the original model.
6.Gay marriages won’t be invalidated due to the biological inability to pro-create, provided that redefining marriage also includes redefining marriage consummation.
7.Obviously gay parents will not raise gay children, because gay parents cannot bear children within the confines of gay marriage.
8.The endorsement of gay marriage is pursued by its proponents with zealous religious fervor and freedom of religion must always be preserved.
9.Children without a male or female role model are often successful despite being disadvantaged. Gay marriage would permit the extension of this disadvantage giving more children the chance to beat the odds.
10.Gay marriage would not change the foundation of society because the foundation of society is tolerance. The unconditional acceptance of gay marriage as legitimate and right epitomizes what tolerance is. The unconditional acceptance of traditional marriage as being legitimate and right would however be a move away from tolerance to intolerance.

I think gay people shuld have all the same rights as straigt people. However, marrige is a thing of the past.
No matter if your straight or gay, it’s imposssible to love someone more than 10 years.
It will only hurt the children when the parents get divoced, or cost loads of money for lowyers.
The only reason anyone is married longer than that is riligious values and guilt.
If anyone has been married longer than that, and still loves your wife / husband, please reply to prove me wrong.

I’ve only been married 7 years so far, but I love my wife far more than I did the day I was married and don’t expect it to change. I am religious, and would feel very guilty if my wife and I got a divorce, but that is NOT the reason why I’m still married to her. I’m married to her because I truly do love her. She completes me, and makes me a better person.

I do agree that divorce hurts the children, so it’s SO important to only marry someone you love and know you’ll love in 10, 15, 45 years.
